Recently there has been a widespread listeria outbreak caused by contaminated salad greens from a Dole processing plant in Springfield, Ohio (who else is surprised that our salad is coming all the way from Ohio?!?!). Happy New Year!!! I hope everyone found some time over the hectic holiday season to take care of themselves a little bit! Santa brought me a FitBit fitness tracker, which totally motivated me to get out for a good long walk most days and burn off some of the holiday goodies I'd eaten! If you've overindulged over the holidays, don't beat yourself up. Most of us do, to some extent. After all, sharing good food and festive drinks with friends and family is a big part of what makes the holidays fun and memorable, right?!
