Autumn always feels like a fresh start to me, so what better time to finally start eating better and feeling better?! I’ve got a new session of my Healthy Eating for Life group program coming up. A Happy, Healthy Holiday Season

Hey there! It’s time for my yearly reminder/warning/pep talk about holiday weight gain! Yay! With Canadian Thanksgiving coming up this weekend, I wanted to take a moment to remind you of the good news and the bad news about holiday weight gain. The GOOD news is that the average gain between Thanksgiving and the New Year (which people seem to believe is around 5 lbs) is exaggerated. Most people actually gain 1 to 2 pounds over the holiday season. The BAD news is that that weight is usually never lost again.
