Welcome Spring! New Group Sessions!
Running group programs to educate people about healthy eating is one of my favourite things to do. I love to cut through all the nutrition myths, media click-bait and mumbo-jumbo that can be so confusing and present straight forward, fact-based nutrition information in a way that is easy to understand, simple to follow and, hopefully, really interesting and fun.
I have two new group sessions starting up this spring. The details are below. Please send me an email or use the “Contact” form on my website to book your spot. All meetings happen at my office in Lunenburg and I keep the groups small - so spaces are limited. Feel free to contact me with any and all questions!
Healthy Eating for Life
This 8 week group program focuses on learning how to make changes to your diet and lifestyle that will result in long-lasting, sustainable weight loss. It’s not a diet. It’s an education program that will empower you to confidently make choices that will improve your overall health, help you shed unwanted pounds and build a foundation of good health for the rest of your life. The weekly one-hour meetings will include:
An informative presentation on nutrition, with a different topic each week, but always with a focus on weight loss.
Weekly weigh-in (optional).
Group discussion and question & answer time.
Loads of support, motivation and positive, straight-forward advice!
Binder of program materials.
Food Diary - to be reviewed by me each week, with personal feedback provided.
Simple, delicious recipes.

Spring Clean Your Diet!
Come and join me for a two week dietary “clean-up”! This gentle cleanse is based on whole foods and doesn’t require any severe fasting, special powders or supplements. We’ll basically just be removing the most common food allergens and irritants from our diets while, at the same time, super-loading our bodies with nutrient-dense, wholesome, delicious foods. This cleanse is great for anyone who suspects they have a food sensitivity, but maybe haven’t figured out the culprit. It’s also great if you just don’t feel like you have the energy you should. Great too if you need help kicking a dietary habit that you know isn’t making you feel good, but has a hold on you all the same. If you been wanting to try a cleanse, this is a great place to start!
