Happy New Year, friends! As 2016 winds down and 2017 rolls in, are you feeling motivated to re-commit to taking better care of yourself? I’d love to help you. This January, I’m offering two different sessions of my popular Healthy Eating for Life group as well as a brand new, exciting collaboration with fitness trainer and yoga teacher, Lisa Avramenko, all about mindful eating and mindful movement.
Healthy Eating for Life
This New Year’s, instead of making a list of hard-to-keep resolutions, why not join me for 8 weeks of supportive, motivating coaching in a small group environment where you’ll learn how to make the best choices for a truly healthier new year? Over 8 weeks you will learn how to make changes to your diet and lifestyle that will result in long-lasting, sustainable weight loss while building a solid foundation of good health for the rest of your life.
The weekly one-hour meetings will include:
An informative presentation on nutrition, with a different topic each week.
Optional weekly weigh-in.
Group discussions and question & answer time.
Loads of support, motivation and positive, straight-forward advice.
Binder of program materials.
Food Diary reviewed by me each week, with personal feedback provided.

Mindful Movement, Mindful Eating
with Shannon Sponagle and Lisa Avramenko
To build whole body health, we need both beneficial eating habits and mindful movement practices. For 2017, I’m really excited to be offering a new workshop in collaboration with Lisa Avramenko of http://happyfit.ca. You may know Lisa or, if you've participated in my group sessions, you've definitely done the on-line strength training workout she developed exclusively for my clients. She's a tremendously positive, inspiring fitness trainer and a gifted yoga teacher and together we'll be providing a month long Mindfulness workshop series with weekly hour-long sessions to help you feel great in 2017.
Sessions will take place at Lisa’s Front Centre studio and the cost is $100 for the whole shebang, including loads of extra resources to help you move better and eat better in 2017.
