Personalized Nutritional Consultation

 

 

2 Sessions, approximately 1 hour each

In person or via Skype, FaceTime or phone

 

Session 1: A thorough assessment of your current health, medical history, nutritional and lifestyle habits and your main health goals and concerns. Preliminary recommendations will be provided during this session to get you started on the road to better health.

 

Session 2: About a week after our initial consultation and after a thorough analysis of the information gathered in the first appointment, we will meet and you will be provided with a detailed and personalized plan to address your health concerns and goals. 

 

Fee: $150

 

 

 

 

Follow-Up Consultations

 

30 mins

 

Clients who have seen me for a Personalized Nutritional Consultation may like to return for follow-up appointments as questions arise or as they want to learn even more about their nutritional needs, food choices and managing their unique situations. These sessions also provide an opportunity to help you deal with issues and challenges as they come up and provide you with strategies and support to ensure that you get results that last. 

 

Fee: $50 

 

 

 

Healthy Eating for Life Group 

 

 

This 10 week group program focuses on learning how to make changes to your diet and lifestyle that will result in long-lasting, sustainable weight loss. It’s not a diet. It’s an education program that will empower you to confidently make choices that will improve your overall health, help you shed unwanted pounds and build a foundation of good health for the rest of your life. The weekly one-hour meetings will include: 

 

  • An informative presentation on nutrition, with a different topic each week, always with a focus on weight loss. 

  • Group support.  

  • Weekly weigh-in. 

  • Group discussion and question & answer time. 

  • Loads of support, motivation and positive, straight-forward advice! 

  • Binder of program materials. 

  • Food Diary - to be reviewed by me each week, with personal feedback provided. 

 

Sessions are available at my office or your workplace. 

Mornings, lunch time or evenings. 

Minimum of four participants.
