Mindful Eating Weekly Wellness Group for Women
What does Mindful Eating mean and how can it help you reach your goals? Can you commit one hour a week to learning to take better care of yourself and start building a foundation of good health for the rest of your life? This isn’t a diet, but an educational program where you’ll learn to make healthier choices and shed a few pounds in the process (if you wish).
The one-hour meetings will include:
A weekly presentation on different topics related to healthy eating.
A mindfulness component, where we will take a few minutes to slow down, focus inward and find our inner motivation to make healthy changes.
Weekly weigh-in (optional).
Group discussion and question & answer time.
Loads of support, motivation and positive, straight-forward advice!
Binder of program materials.
Food Diary.
Simple, delicious recipes.
Group support.
